Collar Sizing Guidelines
At Henry & Sadie, we recognize that picking the right size of collar for your pet can be a challenge. Every dog is unique and collars fit each dog differently. We want to help you pick a collar size that best fits your dog or puppy and one that will allow for some growth, especially for your fast growing puppies! If you purchase a size that doesn't fit your dog, we will work with you to exchange to the correct size.
Henry & Sadie collars are sold in three widths: half inch wide, three-quarter inch wide, and one inch wide and are built to order based on your dog's neck size measurements.
Things to consider when measuring your dog for their Henry & Sadie collar:
The best way to measure for the correct collar size is to use a soft or flexible tape measure around the neck of your dog where a collar is normally worn. If you don't have a soft tape, you can use a string and a regular tape measure.
Regular dog collars are not supposed to be tight around the dog's neck. When measuring, measure comfortably around where your dog's collar would normally sit. Write down that measurement and then when ordering your collar, enter that measurement as the neck size.
- If your collar does not fit, contact us and we will be happy to exchange it for a different size. Please see our hassle-free refund and exchange policy.
