Where are you located?  Do you have a retail store?

We are located in Utah.  We do not have a retail store.  All purchases are made online.

    How secure is shopping on the Henry & Sadie website?

    We use the latest encryption and secure-shopping systems available.

    How long does it take to process my order?

    Orders are generally processed in 3-5 business days. 

    Do you ship overseas?

    Yes, we will ship our products overseas.  Email us at henryandsadie1@gmail.com to make sure that we add your country to our shipping profile. 

     How long after you process my order should I expect my product?

    Once shipped, you can expect your US delivery to arrive in 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  This may vary based on seasonal and USPS actions. 

    Delivery time for orders outside of the US vary based on location and carrier.  Typical delivery times range from 3-5 weeks. 

    What is your return and exchange policy?

    We recognize that there may be times when you will need to return or exchange your Henry & Sadie product.  We want to make that process simple and hassle free. Our customers are extremely important to us and we want you to receive the best possible customer care from Henry & Sadie.

    • Basic exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.  If your product experiences a hardware failure, we will accept returns within 6 months of your original purchase.

      What is the best way to clean my collar and lead?

      Cleaning our collars and leads is simple.  For most cases, you just wipe with a damp cloth.  For stubborn dirt, use a little mild soap, rinse, and wipe clean.  You can also sanitize in your dishwasher on the top rack. 

       Will the black hardware scratch or chip?

      Yes, as with any painted hardware, the black hardware may scratch with normal use of the collar and lead. We do offer solid brass and stainless steel hardware choices as well.
