Refund policy

Return and Exchanges

We recognize that there may be times when you will need to return or exchange your Henry & Sadie product.  We want to make that process simple and hassle free. Our customers are extremely important to us and we want you to receive the best possible customer care from Henry & Sadie.

• Basic exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.  If your product experiences a hardware failure, we will accept returns within 3 months of your original purchase.

Simply contact Henry & Sadie at henryandsadie1@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.  Let us know the reason for return or exchange and we will take it from there.  

Processing Refunds

Please note that refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for your order or to your Paypal account if your original purchase was made with Paypal.  We will issue the refund within three (3) business days of receiving your returned item.  If you have additional questions, please contact us at henryandsadie1@gmail.com.
